How often will I get a sticker pack?
Four Bears Sticker Club packs go out once per month and ship between the 1st and the 4th.
When do I need to order by?
All orders placed by the end of the month will ship between the 1st and the 4th of the following month. If you can't wait, check your welcome email for a chance to purchase a favourites pack that ships next business day!
What's included?
Amazing stickers of course!
All packs include 8 sheets of stickers and we are increasing the number of Four Bears original stickers in all packs! The Big Kids pack is already primarily Four Bears originals and the Little Kids pack is a mixture. Both packs include a postcard and the Little Kids pack also includes activity pages.
When will I get my package?
Subscription rrders ship on the 4th of each month and shop orders next business day.
In Canada, you should receive it within 3-5 business days, in the US, you should receive it in 5-12 business days and internationally is 5-15 business days.
PLEASE NOTE: Delivery times can vary widely across countries (and even within them). If you haven't received your package by the end of the above noted times, please reach out to me at amym@fourbearsstickerclub.ca
** IMPORTANT COVID-19 SHIPPING UPDATE **
Postal services have advised they are experiencing unprecedented volume and delivery times may be extended 5-7 days beyond the standards noted above.
If your country has stopped accepting international mail we will reach out to discuss options with you as soon as it is returned to us.
When am I billed?
Renewals are processed on the 11th of every month.
If you purchased a 3 or 6 month plan, it will renew on the 11th day of the month after the months (3 or 6) have passed, for the same number of months again. If you'd like to make any changes, you can log into your account or email me at amym@fourbearsstickerclub.ca for help.
Can I pause my subscription?
You can't pause it indefinitely (what, no more stickers?!) but you can skip a month if you're all stocked up or the sneak peek isn't your cup of tea. You can change your mind and unskip right up until the last day of the month. Just log into your account to make the change. The next month, you can skip again or continue. If you have any troubles, send us an email at amym@fourbearsstickerclub.ca for help.
Little Kids or Big Kids pack?
The Little Kids pack is geared toward ages 3-10 and includes scented and puffy stickers, a postcard - to decorate and send, along with activity pages every month.
The Big Kids pack is geared toward ages 12-99! Both packages include 8 sticker sheets, many of which are Four Bears originals.
